A Quality consultant and hospitality trainer with over 11 years of experience in some of the finest 5 star hotels in India and Dubai. Customer Service being a passion, it was a delight for me to start working in front office operations. I spent many years understanding customer's changing needs and meeting their expectations.
Love for learning and deep interest to develop people, engage them and build high performing teams attracted me to the field of Quality and training. In quick time I was able to make a difference to the lives of individuals and the organization as a whole.
After my return to India, I started "Getting to delight". Through G2D programs which integrates the philosophy with the organizations need, I now train employees/students of various leading hotels, companies and institutions.
